The ingredients Olive oil - 1/2 cup ~ 125g Sweet soy sauce - 1/2 cup ~ 125g Ketchup - 1.5 cups ~ 275g Sweet mustard - 2 tbsp Garlic - 2 cloves Fresh ginger - as much as garlic Coriander powder - 1 tbsp |
- Crush the garlic cloves and mince the ginger
- Put all the ingredients except the oil in a bowl.
- Mix
- Add the oil gradually, mixing with a fork.
