ORGANIC PROTEIN & VEGAN ENERGY-BALLS

WITHOUT ULTRA-PROCESSED INGREDIENTS!

We are delighted to introduce our new range of 3 flavours of protein Energy-Balls, specially formulated to offer a nutritious and energising snack. By integrating key ingredients such as spirulina and acerola, we have created recipes that are perfect for athletes and people looking for a healthy and iron-rich snack.

WHY A PROTEIN RANGE?

At Nüttree, we have been thinking about creating a protein range for a long time now. However, we had to stay true to our values - VEGAN & WITHOUT ULTRA-PROCESSING MARKERS - which made the development of this range more complicated. Indeed, vegan protein bars and other snacks very often contain rice, hemp and pea powders, which are very rich in plant proteins but which undergo an ultra-processing process. So "NO GO" for Nüttree. We have therefore chosen to integrate a micro-algae known for its exceptional nutritional richness, SPIRULINA! You should know that it is one of the most complete sources of plant proteins, with all the essential amino acids necessary for muscle development and recovery.

Spirulina is a product highly appreciated by athletes and people looking for its many benefits: Rich in iron, essential for producing hemoglobin which carries oxygen in your blood. As plant iron is less well absorbed than that of animal origin, we have added acerola, a berry full of vitamin C, which boosts iron absorption. Full of antioxidants to fight free radicals and reduce inflammation. Rich in vitamins; B1, B2, and B3, essential for your energy metabolism, as well as minerals such as magnesium and potassium, essential for the proper functioning of your muscles and nerves. We have studied each recipe in the protein range so that you find the recommended daily dose (2 to 3g) in your bag of 2 energy balls.

ZOOM ON SPIRULINA

Spirulina is a micro-algae known for its many nutritional benefits, which makes it an ideal ingredient for our Energy Balls:

  • Plant Protein : Spirulina contains approximately 60-70% complete protein, including all essential amino acids. This makes it an excellent source of protein for athletes, aiding in muscle repair and growth.
  • Rich in Iron : Spirulina is one of the richest plant sources of iron. Iron is crucial for the production of red blood cells and the transport of oxygen in the blood, essential elements for maintaining your energy and athletic performance.
  • Antioxidants and Nutrients : In addition to its protein and iron, spirulina is rich in antioxidants, B vitamins, magnesium and potassium, contributing to optimal overall health.
